Job Description:
• Managing Cash-Flows
• Ensuring Tax-Friendly Investments & Maximizing Returns
• Preparing Final Statements - yearly & half yearly
• Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit and Due Diligence
• Control over Receivables and Payables
• Ensuring Income Tax and Service Tax Compliances
• Coordinating with Consultants for Income Tax Appeals
• Preparing Monthly / Quarterly Profitability Statements
• Compilation and Consolidation of Annual Budget for the company as a whole
• Coordinating with Admin Team & Technology Team in case of procurement of Assets and with Operations Team for MIS work
• Arranging to Issue / Renew Bank Guarantee(s)
• Ensuring Quality Compliances
Salary Package: Saving Potential + Expenses + 2500 $ per month
