Our Client is a leading global luxurious hospitality company in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop excellent working relationships at senior level
- Construct, develop and implement the propertys annual business plan, room budget and departmental expenses
- Work in close unison with the GM and sales, marketing, PR and revenue team members as a guiding force and determine: market demand, market potential, competitor strategy, pricing and yield management, all elements of the promotional mix (in tandem with head office consultation), channels of distribution and produce workable plans that will be effective in achieving the company business plan.
- Decide the hotel s annual pricing policies, rate and yield strategy
- Plan and execute the hotel s promotional mix in terms of local advertising, PR, event management etc
- Ensure that all external and internal communication conveys the agreed brand equity.
- Monitor and review expenditure related to all marketing and sales activity in line with agreed budgets.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day working relationship with external GSA/RSO/PR companies and foster close working relationships with them.
- Have responsibility for all market segments (corporate/TMC, MICE, Leisure/groups) and direct all sales activity across the markets alongside the individual account managers at property level.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Revenue, Director of PR and other senior management from head office as in tandem with this resource accept group input, guidance and standards of operation where given

| Habilidades: |
The high calibre position is requiring customer oriented individual, who has
- Minimum 7 years international experience on relevant position with similar role inside hotel industry within 5* hotel
- Extensive background knowledge from hotel industry and in depth knowledge of all market segmens
- Understanding of revenue management, pricing strategy, promotional techniques, budgeting and market planning
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, ability to manage relationships with regional teams
- Ability to maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives, business partners and other organizations
- Active command of English language and Russian language is a must, other languages are advantage
- Ability to work independently and liaise with all levels of staff and management, and ability to work under tight schedules
