We are a young media company based in Saudi Arabia and looking for Graphic / Web Designers to work from our office. We prefer candidates who are already in Saudi Arabia, however if you are a good match we are happy to bring you here.
Specific responsibilities include: preparing website workflows and concepts, developing websites that are functional, effective and maintain the client’s brand image, proofing projects for accuracy, quality and completeness, developing email marketing campaigns, and monitoring websites and producing status reports.
Qualified candidate must have:
• Well-developed design sense and Eye For Detail is a Must
• 2-3 years web design experience
• Knowledge of HTML/XHTML, CSS & Web Standards, cross-browser development, and site analytics and metrics
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage projects to meet deadlines, multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• College degree preferred
Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of Javascript & Frameworks (jQuery, MooTools), SEO/SEM, Flash, PHP/MySQL
• CMS expertise & theme development (Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress)
• Experience with web server hardware & software
• Email marketing experience
