My client is an expert in the creation and implementation of international, intra-company business models in processes and systems. The corporate consulting, which is particularly tailored to business networking and has subsidiaries in Europe, the United States and Asia, provides support based upon the business engineering approach transformation project – from the new global business model to the redesign of the processes to organizational and technical implementation with a focus upon the return on investment.
For their Zurich office, I am looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with 1 to 3 years SAP HCM experience in Swiss payroll.
Ihre Herausforderung:
* Arbeiten Sie branchenübergreifend in SAP HCM - Projekten.
* Liegen Ihre Schwerpunkte in der Beratung und Umsetzung von Implementierungsprojekten, sowie in Analyse- und Optimierungsthemen in bereits implementierten Systemen.
* Gehören Teilprojektleitung und/oder Projektleitung, Customizing, Prozessoptimierung, Durchführung von Schulungen, Dokumentation und die Unterstützung des Sales zu Ihren Aufgaben. |
| Habilidades: |
Ihr Profil:
* Sie können auf ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein anderes relevantes Studium) zurückblicken.
* Sie verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und/oder SAP E-Recruiting.
* Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrungen in ABAP und/oder SAP Workflow.
* Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in der SAP Zeitwirtschaft sowie der Abrechnung Schweiz.
* Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im deutschsprachigen Europa.
