Job Profile:
> Chartered Accountant having more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Treasury.
> Must be fully conversant with Fund Raising through ECB internationally and Fund Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability analysis and Management Reporting.
Incumbent must be well versed in dealing globally with Banks and Financial Institutions, Financial Modelling for new business initiatives, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Arranging Project Finance for various Projects as well as business expansions.
> Understanding of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage. Experience in GDR / IPO / QIP would be added advantage. Exceptional presentation and
communication skills Dynamic personality, go getter & good interpersonal relation.
> The position requires traveling across the Globe and would report to Group CEO based at Almaty.
