The Construction Manager serves as the senior site representative, responsible for all matters related to the management of the construction, time, cost and quality of the project.
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:
• Significant prior experience in Construction Management roles working on large mixed-use projects
• Reviewing and managing the contractor’s progress.
• Reviewing and approving of contractor’s payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.
• Provide responses to requests for Information from the contractors and site offices.
• Reviewing as-built drawings and the O&M manuals for accuracy and adequacy
• Monitoring the contractor’s progress and prepare progress reports on a monthly basis.
• Scheduling and chairing site progress site meetings.
Experience on major HOSPITAL Projects would be an advantage
Qualification:A University degree or diploma in a construction related discipline plus membership of an appropriate professional institution would be advantageous.Experience:Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be beneficial.
