Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Experience 4 plus years experience in a Medical environment is required.
Description:
Proactively managing patient response, both in person e-mail
Working with an established marketing plan
Management of the front desk, reception, and client waiting area with a service attitude.
Scheduling of appointments and maintaining the center appointment schedule.
Controlling the flow of clients
able to take patient from inquiry through to consultation,to coordinate booking and payment
significant experience with MS Wor package and knowledge of Act program (helpful)
