Team Lead with Financial background
Our client a prestigious international company producing beverages is looking for qualified team leader to join the Prague customer centre
Job description
- Managing a team of 8 people who are providing financial and administrative service
to the customers in order to ensure effective and efficient running of accounts receivable
and cash collection.
- Prioritizing and distributing workload in order to ensure daily targets are achieved
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ability to influence change in others through role modelling
- Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs
- Manage the Accounts receivables, collection process together with financial Master Data
- Reporting about team performance
- Taking actively part in weekly /monthly calls and client meetings
- Follow up case solving for escalated items.

Education
- Degree in finance or related field together with 2 years working experience in the same or similar area
Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated high degree of interpersonal, coaching facilitation and negotiating skills
- Experience in managing key performance indicators
- Track record of providing satisfied customers
- Following up on the development of individual team members.
- Accounting knowledge
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with SAP environment (knowledge of ERP an advantage)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Results focused
Languages
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing (company business language)
- Command of German is advantage
