Our client is a global leader in providing high quality system solutions and services for electrical building, infrastructure, including data networks, safety cable systems, building
automation and elevator cable systems since 90 years.
They have got about 4700 employees and worldwide an annual sale of 900 million euros.
The company with headquarter in Swiss is looking for a well qualified manufacturing director for their production plant in the Czech Republic. In this plant the main focus is on the production of mouldings for the automotive industry with over 60 lines. The new director leads, develops, coordinates and improves the production, the engineering progress and the quality management in this specific plant with 350 employees. The manufacturing manager will be supported from a qualified local sales person.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Production planning and personnel controlling
• Cost awareness
• Ability structure and organize production flows
• Controlling and Reporting
• Checking monthly balances and the year-end accounts with
charted accountants
• Creation of annual tax declaration
Salary
• 50-70.000 Euros p.a including bonus and a package with car and insurance

| Habilidades: |
Experience and skills:
• University degree in mechanical or engineering with main focus in
production or equivalent combination of education
• Experience in a leading position of a westeuropean oriented
company in the production sector with motivation of staffs and
optimizing the organisation
• Knowhow in installation engineering focussed in rubber or plastic
processing
• first language Czech and very good English or German
