Dynamic individual to work full time in a well established Canadian web hosting company.
Requirement of Job:
- day to day management of servers (must have good working knowledge of linux/unix
environment)
- must be comfortable working solo and in a team of 2-3
- strong knowledge of redhat based OS including centos, redhat enterprise etc. (windows
server knowledge is an assest)
- extensive knowledge of cpanel/WHM and/or plesk
- knowledge of php, python, mysql, apache, imap, pop, dns
- knowledge of scripts installation for example ffmpeg
- server security knowledge, implementing various security measures to ensure security
and prevent intrusion
- resolve and manage technical support tickets
- take innovative approach towards future R&D activities
- implement and execute immediate restoration plans in case of any type of server failure
or downtime
- must have proficient English and be comfortable providing live chat tech support to
clients
- must have minimum 1-2 years experience |
