Our client is undertaking a prestigious project within Culture and Hospitality. They are now looking to recruit a Chef de Cuisine to be based in Doha, Qatar:
In this role you will assist to oversee a new specialist Seafood Restaurant being set up as part of a major new Qatar project including kitchen management, menu design, supplier negotiations etc.
To apply you will have a minimum 10-15 years experience in this capacity, specialized in Spanish and Mediterranean seafood cuisine and preparation, previous direct interaction with seafood markets for purchasing fresh and live seafood.
You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Competitive TAX FREE salaries offered of circa $7,000 USD pr month TAX FREE,
Free Accommodation is also offered as well as Duty Meals, Uniform and Medical Coverage (Company-provided).
You will also receive Annual Leave of Thirty (30) working days per year, Vacation Air Tickets and End-of Service Gratuity – 1 Month Basic Salary per year of service.
