Position : Manager – Design Coordination
Function : Project Management
Reporting to : HOD
Job Location : Bangalore
Experience : 7 – 11 yrs of hands on exp in Highways Structures Design. Working in Corp. office / Head office is an added advantage.
CTC : Negotiable
Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Civil from a reputed institute
Job Description
• Responsible for design coordination at site mainly pertaining to Highway / Bridge works.
• Coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Preparation of planning applications and construction drawings as well as built drawings.
• Coordination with various services, structural consultants, contractors with respect to design detailing and approvals. Ensuring approval of drawings, methodologies from supervision consultants.
• Checking Implementation in accordance with the drawing.
• Ensuring rectifications and approval of deviations from design from supervision Consultants / Employer
Competencies Required:
• Proficient in CAD.
• Proficient in Highway Design.
• Proficient in Structure / Bridge Design.
• MX Software, STAAD.
• Overall supervision of structural engineers.
• Manage structural engineering design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
• Check compliance with Alliance QA / safety / environment goals.
• MORTH / IRC standards & Specifications and other international specifications of various items of road works.
• Survey, Soil investigation, geotechnical, concreting, pavement material production and mixing etc.
