Perafel is currently looking for an experienced SAP HR Consultant to join the team based either in Singapore. You will be affiliated with a Global Organisation that is currently experiencing substantial growth. We are in the market for an experienced SAP HR Consultant with experience and technical skills and exposure in:
• 5+ years SAP HR experience.
• Implementation project experience.
• At least two (2+) full life cycle (end to end) implementation projects.
• Liaising with different business users at various levels including Senior Management.
• Experience with any of the folling sub modules:
o Org. Management
o Personnel Administration
o Personal Development
o Time Management
o Recruitment
o Payroll
• Solid functional consulting background.
• A strong Business Process background.
Responsibilities:
• Perform blueprinting workshops
• Design and document the business requirements and any program specifications.
• Configure the solution to the requirement.
• Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Ensure appropriate documentation standards are maintained.
• Supervise application build, test and deploy activities
• Driving test planning and execution.
