Salesforce.com administrator and application developer. Responsible for administering and developing the company`s version of Salesfoirce.com, including integration with Great Plains ERP and internal technology platform.

Must have:
Extensively exposed to creating objects, fields, Record Types, workflows, approvals processes, Escalation rules, Assignment rules validation rules, data migration activities, custom page layouts, custom fields, cases management and other standard functionalities.
• Worked extensively in areas of implementation, customization and integration, data loader, vertical response, and AppExchange.
• Data Migration using Salesforce tools i.e. Data Loader and Salesforce connector.
• Designing Roles/ Profiles to ensure data accessibility to authorized users.
• Creation and maintenance of Configuration document for Salesforce.com
• Launch e-mail campaigns using Vertical Response and track effectiveness of each campaign.
• Involved in documenting the business processes by identifying the requirements and also involved in finding the system requirements.
• Assist with all aspects of sales forecasting utilizing CRM.
• Train people in using Salesforce.com for new users and advanced training on lesser known facts for advanced users
• Managing multiple currencies/ languages/ teams spread across the globe using Salesforce.com as their marketing tool
• Assist with all aspects of sales forecasting utilizing CRM.
• Formatting and cleaning the Salesforce.com database
• Knowledge of implementing Lead Management, Case Management and Call centre Management.
• Extensively involved in creating triggers, Apex, Visualforce, S-controls.
• Extensively involved in Packaging the apps and publishing them on AppExchange.
• Worked with LMA (License Management Application) to track the leads for the products published into AppExchange.
• Direct Interaction with the client to get the Business understanding and requirement analysis.
