We require Fluent speakers in any one of the following langauges German or French or Greek or Croatian or Italian for our Customer Service vacancies.
Salary up to £20k + BONUS + Relocation assistance

Job Description
- Customer Service via telephone and email
- Escalation of problems to 2nd Level Support
- General customer service administration
-Acquiring knowledge about our products as well as back office tools
Salary
£17-£20kcirca.
Bonus

-Additional language skills are an advantage
-Very good IT user skills
-Ideally experienced in customer service/call centres
