Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 25 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 1900 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Krakow we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of:
Website Quality Auditor
Ref. code: WQA/KRK
with good working knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese (Brazil)
Job Summary:
Audit the website manually and through auto-scans to help determine and measure site quality. Coordinate with large, global team for timing of new pages / new products audits. Assign errors identified by the audit team, as well as those reported by Client’s customers and employees, to the appropriate resolution contact. Follow up on all issues until they are fixed. Prepare and distribute reports demonstrating audit results and trends.
Job Duties:
•Language websites audit, proofreading
•Use combination of scanning tools and manual page-by-page audits to identify quality-related issues
•Coordinate with a global team audit timing
•Classify and prioritize errors
•Assign identified errors to the appropriate resolution contact
•Document issues and maintain status updates
•Follow up on all issues until they are fixed
•Prepare and distribute weekly status and trend reports
•Complete various ad hoc requests based on business needs
Qualifications:
•University degree (Language Studies preferable)
•Work experience will be an asset
•Flexibility to work shifts (7am – 3.30pm and 1.30pm – 10pm)
•MS Excel, Word and Outlook operational knowledge
•Adept at navigating complex websites
•Experience in using search sites, like Google and Yahoo
•Reliable, detail-oriented, well organized
•Quick learner
•Team player
•Technical background / interest will be an asset
