DUTIES-
Position Summary: This position is a member of the team responsible for documentation and client migration for System Center Configuration Manager 2007.
Role Responsibilities:
1. client health management
2. patch management
3. infrastructure support
4. Monitor appropriate ticketing system for SCCM client issues
5. Manage SCCM advertisements and collections in accordance with standards.
6. Accept and resolve requests within established SLOs while providing world-class service.
7. Troubleshoot the SCCM client on both servers and workstations to improve the reliability and reach of SCCM services.
8. Identify, isolate, and resolve all client related distribution errors and provide tier 2 support for all SCCM installations utilizing remote utilities and tools.
9. Analyze and troubleshoot SCCM 2007 infrastructure issues including Site to Site communication, boundaries, server roles & parent child relationships with the hierarchy.
10. Monitor package distribution and execution status and report when required or as requested.
11. Deploy and manage security updates using WSUS. Monitor compliance dashboards and develop / execute appropriate plan-of-action.
12. Foster a positive and productive working environment while providing superior customer service. Maintain all established customer satisfaction objectives.
13. Enforce all ESD related policies, procedures, and SLA guidelines.
Qualifications:
1+ years experience with SCCM 2007 is required
3+ years experience with SMS 2003 is required,
5+ years for Senior Analyst
3+ years experience using SUS or WSUS is required
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008 is required, including detailed knowledge of the SCCM SQL schema and database functionality for programming with the SDK.
Well versed in all aspects of SCCM client discovery, installation, and inventory processes.
ITIL Foundations Certification highly desirable.
Experience with Remedy ARS is a plus, but not required.
MCSE, MCP certifications are a plus, but not required.

Able to network efficiently in order to locate subject matter experts as needed.
Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in managing multiple priorities.
