We are a well known group of Hotel Apartments located in various locations around Dubai.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Director of Sales to join our successful Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have proven Hotel Sales experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas
- Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
- Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews
- Research competitors` products/services
- Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers
- Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans.
