Technical Inside Sales Position
We are currently seeking a full time Technical Inside Sales person for our Solon, Ohio office.
•This position is a key role at MP Biomedicals, LLC within the Marketing department. The Technical Inside Sales Representative will direcly assist the assigned product manager in all aspects of technical customer services on a daily basis. The Technical Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for the assigned North American business product lines, however the responsibilities may expand to other areas as needed.
Principal Duties:
1. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
2. Contacts potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services and handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
3. Provides product demos, samples and literature to qualified customers, responds to questions and provides information about products as it relates to their needs.
Emphasizes selling points, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
4. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
5. Builds and maintains customer relationship, coordinates demonstrations for customer trials and coordinates training as appropriate.
6. Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
7. Ensure that all deliveries are timely; investigates and resolves any issues to the contrary.
8. Tracks stock levels and prepares reports of business transactions as appropriate.
9. Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
10. Works with internal Product Manager and Customer Service to ensure accurate and sufficient quotations are provided.
11. Minimal travel to attend trade shows as needed.
12. Will answer calls and provide technical support to customers.
13. Assist the assigned Product manager with website and Intranet updating.

| Habilidades: |
1. Bachelor’s degree required in either Chemistry, Biology or a closely related science.
2. Complex problem solving skills - Define customer problems and determine solutions in order to drive revenue for the company.
3. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
4. 1-4 years previous experience selling biotech products or related network products to the direct market.
5. Quick learner who is able to grasp concepts quickly and communicate this to others.
