Job Summary:
This position coordinates all administrative aspects of client and internal projects. Assist with project updates; scheduling of meetings and staff resources; other administrative support for Consultants and staff. Receives direction on tasks from client project team (Sr PC, Program Manager, Consultant).
Job Responsibilities:
• Set up and monitor client online projects, using PDI specific software
• Main point of contact for Consultants while on the road
• Participate in staff meetings and team events
• System updates including maintaining contact/account information on Consultant’s clients and prompting Opportunity Updates for forecast
• Coordinating and scheduling all calls and meetings with clients
• Manage the implementation and client follow-up of projects
• Prepare presentations, letters and correspondence for Consultants
• Provide administrative support for consultants
Required Education and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years college or associate’s degree required.
• 2+ years administrative and/or support experience required.
• Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal database software.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Some project coordination experience preferred.
• Experience working in a professional services organization preferred.
