Our client prestigious international company and holiday homes provider seeks suitable candidates to the Prague office.
Job description
- Customer Care – contact with clients via phone calls and e-mails
- Preparing individual holiday offers
- Managing customer requests with the partner on destination
- Follow up clients online bookings
- Collection – Checking payments before start of holidays
We Require:
combination of 2 languages reqiured, posibility:
- Fluent German + English
OR
- Fluent French + English
- Strong team player
- Flexibility (possible shifts routine and some of the weekends)
- Excellent communications skills
- good MS knowledge
