We are actively looking for a Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager in simple terms is responsible for overseeing the strategy of attracting, retaining, housing, developing and rewarding our Hoteliers, which in turn ensures the success of Essque Zalu Zanzibar.
Being a visionary, thinking beyond the boundaries and leading by example are expected and not requested.
Position is based in Zanzibar, previous hotel experience is essential.
