Our client is setting up a new and exciting retail experience in Doha, Qatar.
They are now seeking an experienced Organic Food Retail Manager to oversee day to day Operations of a new Retail outlet.
Your duties will include the day-to-day management of the Organic Food Retail Store in accordance with overall company policy.
You will be tasked with achieving set sales targets and maximising turnover and profitability. On a day to day basis you will manage staff, find new ways to improve sales, and meeting customer demand.
You will also oversee the hiring of staff and be responsible for staff rotas and any disciplinary matters.
Other duties include:
¦managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
¦managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
¦analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits
¦analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
¦using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning;
¦dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews; and providing or organising training and development;
¦ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
¦resolving health and safety, legal and security issues;
¦responding to customer complaints and comments;
¦promoting the organisation locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general;
¦organising special promotions, displays and events;
¦attending and chairing meetings;
¦updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
¦touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
To apply you will have 3+ years Organic Food Retail Management experience with strong communication and people management skills
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $70,000 USD - $80,000 USD per year.
You will also receive Benefits including free Accommodation, Medical Coverage (Company-provided), Annual Leave of Thirty (30) working days per year, Vacation Air Tickets and End-of Service Gratuity – 1 Month and Basic Salary per year of service
