Archibat is looking for a Senior Architect for a Leading Multi-disciplinary Consulting And Design Firm in Beijing. The company focuses on developing sustainable urban environments in Urban Planning, Building Facilities, Transportation Networks and Systems Technology. The firm is stationed in North America, Europe and South East Asia
Task description
- Review and analysis of site conditions and constraints
- Understand the scope of work and clients requirements
- Develop options and alternatives concepts for planning and architecture
- Organize and structure presentation materials
- Meet client and officials for presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor of architecture
- From 5 to 10 years experience
Skills and abilities
- Creative and design oriented
- Good communication skills
- Good graphic communication, (use of hand drawings and/or any graphic software)
- Use of main design and drawing software, (CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop,etc…)
- Available for traveling
- Hard working
- Spoken and written English
- Adaptable in quick and changing working conditions
- Team worker
