The Content Manager is reporting to the CRM Operations Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
• All product editorial content
• Adaptation of content to local audience
• Translations
• Customer communication
• Should have some knowledge of how to deal with customer service, animation, content, marketing operations
• Checking and helping with updates on the local site
• Achieve Monthly objectives in retention and margin
• Campaign analysis
The Content Manager will also be assisting on
• Maximising player retention through online marketing channels
• Developing offers, communications and propositions based on an in-depth understanding of the player base, local market requirements and overall company marketing strategy
Marketing activities (mainly coordination of online campaigns)
Salary : Up to £28,000 |

Skills :
- genuine interest in sport and online gaming
- perfect French + good English
- a marketing background is a mandatory
- curious, eager to learn, problem solving attitude, numerate with analytical skills
- hard worker, able to work unsociable shifts if needed
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in Dreamweaver and Photoshop is a plus
- flexibility, creativity, willingness to learn are important skills. |
