Electrical Engineer is urgently required in Saudi Arabia, Al Khobar for a leading company, Arabic speaker and Saudi citizenship are the must
Requirements
Supervise and control a group of contractors and their workers in the implementation of Electrical works. Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with HSE, quality , schedule and cost requirement.
Carry out in-service and pre-service civil analysis for 150 Km Pipeline installations
Preparation of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, and deliverables within discipline.
Checking of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, drawings and deliverables produced within discipline.
Requirements
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritisation of work to achieve them
Strong technical background in either Electrical or Instrument Engineering (with knowledge of the other discipline).
Working knowledge codes and standards.
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate performance as a team leader desirable.
Dynamic and enthusiastic approach is essential.
Professional/Chartered engineer preferred
Substantial experience in on site Engineering
Aramco experience is +.
High voltage experience 69 KVI.
Substation design work is +.
O/H powerlines vendor is +.
ETAP experience.
Specific Accountabilities
supervise the processing of contractor`s submittal of technical procedures, waiver requests, shop drawings, and other documents in accordance with project procedures; participate in contractor coordination meetings; supervise the maintenance of site document and drawing files; control the storage, security and retrieval of all construction documentation, including arrangements for archiving of documents at completion of construction; determine that all record drawing information is transmitted to the home office; coordinate the surveying activities of the contractors and the projects surveying services. Candidate will also be responsible for accumulation and assembly of project records and documentation such as instructions, warranties, maintenance manuals, QC documents,
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas Business Unit.
Safety – Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the Oil & Gas Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Applicant must have pipeline experience.
Essential Skills/Experience B. Sc. Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline 8 years related experience in the power projects
