AFLAC is a Fortune 500 company, currently looking to expand its outside sales force.
AFLAC as a company continues to enjoy consistent and stable growth as a sales organization while many others may be experiencing a down-turn in sales and subsequently, a down size in work-force.
Our growing LAX Regional Office is currently screening candidates for a limited number of entry-level sales positions, as well as a few coveted sales manager-in-training positions.
Sales Associates call on our existing accounts and established markets while also developing new markets with the assistance of our in-house lead generation programs. Some sales experience is preferred, but not required. First year compensation ranges from $60,000-$85,000. All you need to bring to us is a desire to succeed, and the motivation to make it happen. We will provide world-class training at every step of your career with unlimited income potential. Management opportunities are based on your abilities, not your time with the company. Also, an excellent advertising campaign will help you develop leads and sales quickly.
