Profile : Manager/Sr. Manager
Education – MBA in Marketing / Management
Experience & Age – Age should be in Mid 30s with approximately 10 / 12 years relevant sales and marketing experience in FMCG Company based out of Sri Lanka .
At least 2 to 3 years experience of Brand Management . Candidate should have handled a brand independently . Would have knowledge of Media and consumer behavior in the Sri Lankan market context . Would have knowledge of Trade schemes and how to operate and manage them and would have had some interactions with advertising and research agencies .
He would have independently handled sales and distribution pan Sri Lanka ( Preferable ) and would be capable of setting up a distribution structure in Sri Lanka independently . Would have knowledge and control over sound distributors in the country and would be in a position to appoint them at short notice .
Having some knowledge of Factory operations and basic business finance would be an added advantage .
An add on to this role would be managing sales of Pakistan , which would materialize with time and the candidate proving his proficiency in sales and marketing .
The candidate would report into GM IB based in India .
CTC – maximum 20 lakhs (INR)
