We are an International Executive Search Firm (Credence Management Services) operating from Delhi & Gurgaon. We have been retained by an “International Financial Institution” specializing in “Trade Finance” based out of Hong Kong to look for their Managers – Trade Finance (Two) to be based at Hong Kong.
Qualifications:
§ A bachelor’s degree in commerce / economics / international trade with MBA / PGP in Finance ( with specialization in Trade Finance) or Foreign Trade from IIMs / IIFT / JLB / MDI / SP Jain / NMIM etc.,
§ About 5-6 years experience in a foreign or a private sector bank in the International Trade Finance area (handling of import-export trade)
§ A business focused attitude with ability to generate business and manage client relationships
§ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
§ Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
§ Good analytical & IT skills
We are looking for absolutely outstanding candidates from the private and foreign banking sectors in India. Preferred age is up to 30 years. The candidate should have a flair for marketing. In our set up the candidate has to play dual roles of operations & marketing. In the assignment as a Branch Manager, his major responsibilities will be the development of the Branch Business i.E. Targeting import-export trading companies for extension of trade finance facilities and enhancing the deposit base of the Branch. Should have can-do attitude to manage situations successfully.

Our client company will be sponsoring for Employment Visa. However, the job offer is subject to the issuance of Employment Visa by Hong Kong Immigration Department.
