Bulwork™ First It/ Ites Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria having a reputation for delivering a high standard of services both for Candidates and Clients is looking to recruit for one of it`s clients – a leading computer system company in the USA and in the world. For their New Shared Service Center the company wants to attract:
Cash Collectors / Accounts Receivable Specialists
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Actively monitor and collect outstanding balances based on aging reports by contacting each account by telephone/ letter
- Action accounts receivable requests
- Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances
- Report on a weekly base to senior staff
- Responsibility for own portfolio of buyers in a specific country and business segment
- Liaise with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care and Technical Support) and external customers
Requirements for the position:
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Good computer skills – MS Office (Excel)
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- Preferable working knowledge of financial systems
- Collection Experience is an advantage
- Very good verbal and writing skills in DUTCH language
- Good command of English language
