We are looking for someone to ensure that the work in the BSA department is tracked and managed through the PMO This roles is critical to partnering with BSA director to ensure that all work within BSA is strategic and meets the key objectives and goals to deliver competitive benefits to members that meet both member, employer, purchaser and philosophy. This role participates in intake of all new benefits, evaluates prioritizations, determine governance bodies that various benefits need to be taken through, and oversees profiles that will be presented to BCPC. This person also participates in all key CA-IBDG, IBDG and BCPC meetings. This person works closely with Director, Portfolio Management, to resolve issues. The PMI ensures that all new items are logged into the pipeline, and tracks the status of all requests as they proceed through the Benefit Lifecycle from ideation through to implementation. Comfortable in fast-paced, continually changing environment with aggressive deadlines, ambiguity, several key stakeholders with conflicting needs and objectives but with ability to drive work to completion. Motivated, dedicated, reliable, ability to speak to and drive decision-making with executive leadership.

| Habilidades: |
College degree(s) required. The ideal candidate will posses a minimum 10+ years healthcare. Experience leading large-scale initiatives, tracking various initiatives; benefits knowledge a plus. |
