Meghen Group Services is currently assisting out client in recruiting Swedish Customer Service Agents for their position open in Sofia, Bulgaria!
The company is multinational and is looking for Swedish speakers to join their Team. Starting from 5th January 2010!!!
The customer support team is responsible for answering various questions and requests addressed with us by our customers. Questions are received and answered by phone and e-mail in Swedish
• You have great customer service skills and are focused on customer needs;
• You have active and creative contribution to the whole support process, thus providing the best services and products for our clients;
• You love practicing your language skills;
• You can keep your cool in stressful situations and your ultimate goal is to provide solutions to the customer as efficiently as possible;
Package information:
The salary gross is 1700 lv per month (€850), net comes around €665 per month.
The company provides accommodation for the whole period– single room, sharing an apartment with another employee.
The employees need to pay for their bills, but the rent is included in the package.
There are also food subsidies – 40lv per month.
The project is 24/7, will include night shifts, but they will be agreed with employees. The roster is prepared in the beginning of the month for 4 weeks. Working days – 5.
If the shift is evening or late – finishing after 22:00 – the company will provide the employee with vouchers for taxi.
After 3 months within the company they will receive a medical card for general medical services (excluding dental)
The recruitment process includes:
1st Phone interview
If the person is not native in the language required – language test
2nd Interview
The contract has 6 months trail period – after these 6 months is permanent.

| Habilidades: |
If you are:
• Fluent or native in Swedish
• Fluent in English;
• Passionate for internet and affinity with cars;
• Self motivated, pragmatic, friendly and communicative;
• Experienced in similar position, with a strong focus on customer service;
• Customer relationship skills to manage telephone-based interactions, including escalations
