As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide technical support to our client’s customers for configurations on the usage of electronic devices. Responsibilities:
* Supporting and adapting to a dynamic work environment, with frequent new product releases and updates.
* Effective communication and handling customer queries
* Diagnose and logically resolve customer problems using specific tools knowledge sources, experience, good judgment, and acquired knowledge of our training.
* Support various hardware environments, standard applications and internet navigation (including download capabilities).
* Word processing, e-mail and web usage skills.
* Analyze, evaluate and resolve complex situations.
* Organize and prioritize workload.

| Habilidades: |
Certification required:
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) or equivalent work experience preferred.
Requirements:
* Technical aptitude with an ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
* Have native verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and above average ability to read, speak and write in English
* Have strong understanding of computers using Windows based operating systems, drivers, USB communication and software applications.
* Troubleshooting and problem solving skills. |
