Meghen Group Support Service is currently recruiting German Customer Service Support Agents for a client - a multinational outsourcing company based in Greece.
For their new projects starting in October we are looking for a person like YOU to work in the heart of Athens. It is entry level role and no experience is required! We welcome all applicants with fluent German and with interest in new technologies such as mobile phones, laptops and internet. You must be available to move to Athens. Very attractive relocation package is offered to successful candidates.
As a Customer Support Agent your duties will include:
„Ï Providing the customers of the company with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support
„Ï Providing troubleshooting services to customers by email
„Ï Work effectively with the other members of the team
Requirements:
„Ï Fluent German language ¡V both written and spoken
„Ï Good level of understanding in English
„Ï Excellent communication and organizational skills
„Ï Interest in technologies and IT
„Ï Previous experience in Customer Service role is an advantage
