Our client is seeking experienced Project Administrators for their Center for Healthcare Improvement based in Doha, Qatar.
The Project Administrator will act as an advanced level resource and support for a dedicated project team within HMC¡¦s Center for Healthcare Improvement. The position will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of projects on a regular basis.
Principal Accountabilities
With the direction of the Assistant Executive Director, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
„X Liaise with the partner and local agencies to ensure accurate and current resource information being disseminated.
„X Schedule and attend monthly meetings of the partner agencies to ensure the effectiveness of the collaboration.
„X Coordinate and follow-up with partner and HMC staff as per the agreed plan to ensure project progress.
„X Develop a system for communicating effectively with staff to ensure outcomes are met in a timely fashion.
„X Meet regularly with the Assistant Executive Director to report progress and receive directions.
„X Liaise with partner and respective HMC stakeholders to organize meetings, travel bookings, housing, transportation, etc.
„X Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To apply you will possess a Degree or Diploma with 3+ years work experience preferably within a large healthcare organization.
