    I am from Chile but living in New Zealand, married with two children, I am looking for employment in Brazil, I am fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.

    Summary Of Skills

    Organizational skills and project management

    Forward planning a free city tour around down town Santiago-Chile.
    We choose the main historical buildings and museums and give information about it the tour was by walking and gave into Spanish, English and Portuguese simultaneously. The tour last 2 hours and 4 times a day, we were located in a Kiosk near by the main plaza and beside the tours we give all kind information to the public like streets information, restaurants, hotels, places of interest in the whole country, etc.

    Initiative

    While preparing the Free City Tours

    I organized the sources that we have on the different sites like museums, free brochures, and city maps. The tour was given by me and when I was in the museums I used the tours guide that they had inside of the building to maximize the information.

    To get inside of a museum you have to pay for it so I got free entrance to the tourist to the museums, because the museums were managed by the city council.

    I create a net work between Hotels, others City tours, Restaurant and Travel agency, Rent a Car, etc. Generating better prices for the tourist for free as a city service.

    Communication skills

    To give a good service to the people was necessary to coordinate times, resources, and a well prepared information to share with the people in the tours. To give in 2 hours an idea what Santiago was and for its history was necessary to gather information from different people, books and places. To sell this idea to the city was necessary to have a well presented plan. The same idea was shared with others workmates in order to give the same information and service.

    Property or Portfolio management

    Working for Xing Mei was necessary to create a data base with al the best client that were generating more clients for the company in order to visit them to teach them how to get more clients and more bonuses for them, those meeting were specifically sales tools to generate more sales for the company and more income for them. I create different groups of sales in the entire nation, Canada and Puerto Rico.




    Been in charge of the Recovery Department in AIG Insurance Co. I organized a trade between others Insurance Co and AIG. In order to minimize litigations between companies.


    Computer Skills

    Working for Xing Mei, was necessary to prepare materials of strategies of sales through visual presentation in Powerpoint, graphics through Excel and Sale materials through Word. Part of that work you can see and listen through where I prepared and translated and recorded into Spanish for the Hispanic market.
