A company dedicated to the construction, under my supervision we formulated 2,634 projects in the areas of Sanitation and Environmental protection were created, and all the villages and municipalities of the country were included. All the system of Health Units and Posts in the country was built, rebuilt, improved, repaired, and equipped. More than 31 Health Units and Posts around the country were built. In addition, Projects of construction, repairing and expansion of schools, and of drinkable water, sewage, and mother-child training were formulated at a national level. Most of them were presented to the Fund of Social Investment as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction. A new methodology for the development of FONAVIPO (National Fund for Popular Housing) projects was also created, and a new plan of contributions for the construction of houses for low-income farmers was developed at a national level.
