Strategic Consultant
Developed a task force, implementing a Strategic Analysis evaluation of the business group, in which management intervention areas were identified. Once these areas were identified, we proposed recommendations for improving the current actions of the group.
Focusing on one of the companies and with help of one of my colleagues, we developed a proper processes structure of the business development and commercialization department, an area of the urbanization division. With this new structure we identified improvements for revenues in 73% and improvements for expenses in 10% increasing the company’s profitability in 700%

University Class Work During my Architectural studies I conducted a lifting of architectural historic facades for the centre of Tegucigalpa, Honduras; which was donated to the Department of Anthropology and History in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Adding to this, in conjunction with a group of five classmates, we design a land use planning proposal for the city of La Lima in the state of Cortes, in Honduras.
Personal Information I have lived in Brazil, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama. I’ve traveled to the United States and several countries in Europe, particularly Italy and France, to gain experience in Architectural History of Art. I am a responsible person with a high spirit of survival. Through my work experience I have developed several skills, such as teamwork, persistence, creativity and conflict resolution, among others.
