Ø October 2006 – August 2008:
Working as Validation and Certification engineer for RRD (Rolls-Royce Deutschland) in TP400 project for CMS (Control Monitoring System: control units and sensors) validation activities.
The main activities are to define the control units and sensor standards, planning the engine test program, management of the requirements to comply with the Authority and customer requirements. Definition of the validation strategy for each component, working instructions for workshop build line and test bed facilities, compliance reports like Flight Approval Sheets and certification reports.
Representative on RR side with the partners companies (MTU, SN, ITP and Hispano Suiza) to integrate the RR control units and sensor in the engine CMS.

Working for ITP (Industria deTurbopropulsores) in the TP400 engine project, as Validation and Certification engineer for TP400 Oil Tank and Externals Validation. At the same time, I support validation and certification activities for ADOUR F405-RR 401 engine and EJ200 engine projects.
Ø September 2002 – October 2004:
Working as engineer for ITP (Industria deTurbopropulsores), in the ANTLE engine Project (R+D+i project ), developing a low pressure turbine to reduce emissions and noise of the whole engine. Precisely, working in the experimental integration of the low pressure turbine for the engine, the experimental integration of DT-74 Rig, and experimental integration of other two Rigs to develop the technology used in the low pressure turbine mentioned before.
Also, I involved in Development and Configuration Management department, working on: build support for bench, interface between the partners companies (Rolls Royce, Tech Space, FIAT, Volvo Aerospace, Hispano Suiza, Rolls Royce Deutschland, Goodrich (old TRW) and ITP), solving the problems going on in the workshop; interface between quality, development engineering and build-shop; interface between company and some suppliers to get sensitive components; other specific tasks related with ANTLE engine (support to design, test, etc).
Ø August 2001 – September 2002:
Working for ITP (Industria deTurbopropulsores) in the TP400 engine project, as Validation and Certification engineer for TP400 Oil Tank and Externals Validation.
At the same time, working for ITP in MT-30 Marine Trent Turbine Project, for Rolls Royce, as Technical Project Coordinator and Validation engineer for MT-30 Externals Certification, at ITP Engines and System facilities.
