• Working for the Portuguese Collections Department, my duties and responsibilities include cash collecting by phone and letter, credit control, helping achieving team targets.
Moreover, my responsibilities include an active collaboration on the company Intranet and I also perform the role of Communication Champion.
• February 2007 – December 2007 Customer Service and Sales Agent/ Applications Team member at Barclaycard International in Dublin, Ireland.
• Working for the Portuguese market, my responsibilities include taking inbound and outbound calls from and for customers, about Credit and Finance issues, Personal Loans.
