For 6 months I have had the opportunity to work for IES Global China Ltd, being an English foreign teacher in China. In this way I have been able to improve the English level of my primary students in Dongguan City, and kindergarten in Chengdu City. Elaborate the curricular schedule and prepare very dynamic and enjoyable teaching plans together with the other foreign and Chinese teachers. Organize extracurricular activities like “The English Corner”, “The Mexican room”, “KTV kids”, etc.

Bad debt supervisor.
In MercadoLibre I had the opportunity to get into a brand new company and grow with it. First as a customer service member for telephone and e-mail inquiries, and then as the responsible of the bad debt department. It was a great satisfaction to be reassigned after the customer service department was moved to Argentine. In my new roll I had the joy to create from scratch the bad debt department, designing the structure, functions, preparing the handbooks of procedures and training more than 10 people that are still developing in that enterprise. Working as a team we were able to elaborate a “hand made suit” for the company not only to reach a 90% recovery but to reinforce the relationship between the bad debt customers and the company in order to reactivate their accounts and make their business grow.

Supervisor de Cobranza
En MercadoLibre tuve la oportunidad de entrar a una compañía nueva y crecer con ella. Primeramente en el área de atención al cliente vía telefónica y por mail, y posteriormente como responsable del área de cobranza. Fue una gran satisfacción haber sido reasignado después de la migración de Atención a Clientes a Argentina. En mi nuevo puesto tuve el gusto de ayudar a crear el departamento de cobranza, diseñando la estructura, funciones, elaborando manuales de procedimientos y capacitar a más de 10 personas que continúan desarrollándose en dicha compañía. Trabajando en equipo pudimos hacer “un traje a la medida” de la empresa para que no solo obtuvieran una taza de recuperación del 90%, si no que además reforzamos la relación con los clientes de la cartera vencida para que se reintegraran al sitio y exponenciarán sus negocios.
