Con la experiencia aquirida a lo largo de los anos, pienso que yo pudiera ser muy util alas empresas buscando contratos en la parte produccion de la industria petrolera
Con cinco anos en Sur America, Venezuela y Argentina, tengo también un buen conocimiento de la cultura de estas areas facilitando los contactos en el trabajo.
Ademas, mi origén latina, como francés, me facilita la comunicacion en la America latina.
Al nivel trabajo, se puede encontrar en mi CV la extension de mi experiencia. El nivel de Total en la parte seguridad y ambiental da mas peso a la exigencia que uno podra encontrar en mi perfil.

In 2008 I came back to France, after the end of my assignment in Total Austral . I have been following the build up of my personal house in France, managing the various phases of construction and completion .
I am now free for a future assignment in any country, taking into account my experience and my knowledge of three different languages.
Missions or rotation will be preferred even if a permanent assignment is possible in case of major interest in the offered job.
Hereunder is a short resume of the various positions I experienced over the 35 years I worked in the petroleum industry.
Professional experience
2005–2007 Total Austral Argentina
Field operations Manager
O In charge of the management of the production and maintenance operations of the 2 operating fields.
O In Tierra de Fuego, Rio Cullen and .Canadon Alfa producing 12 million m3/d of gas and 2,50 m3/d of condensate from offshore platforms, and onshore wells through gas lift or mechanical pumping facilities. Compression and sweetening facilities as well as LPG separation for the gas, treatment and storage for the condensate.
Export of the gas to the Argentina south-north pipe, of the condensate through export mooring buoy and of the LPG to Chile via submarine pipes. All official measurements performed under latest regulations.
O In Neuquen, Aguada San Roque and Aguada Pichana producing 14 million m3/d of gas. Treatment, compression and export on both centers for gas and condensate.
On both fields, various development of compression and extension with simultaneous operations of construction and production.
40 Engineers in Buenos Aires main center and around 200 production and maintenance Technicians within the 4 operating facilities.
2004–2005 TOTAL Exploration Production FRANCE
Personnel support Manager
O Management of the Production personnel within the Total subsidiaries, the development projects and the technical center departments in Pau France.
O Management of the movements of 1,300 Engineers and Technicians (700 Total SA, 200 Total Subsidiaries, 300 contracted) every three years.
O Organization of the Safety, production or maintenance training in accordance with Total requirement for the Technical center and for the Subsidiaries.
O Development of an Intranet site to inform the production personnel world wide of the activities, news and events for all subsidiaries and French technical center.
2001-2004 Sincor Venezuela
Field operations Manager
O In charge of managing the operations of the San Diego center : Up to 330 electrically pumped wells, process center for treatment of 180 to 220,000 Bopd of heavy crude and the export of the sincrude and of the import of the diluent from the Upgrader in San Jose – 200 km away from the field.
O Planning and start up of the new wells in accordance with drilling Dpt.
O Optimization of the well pumping
O Optimization of the heavy crude pumping from clusters to the process center.
O Optimization with Roxar Company of the heavy crude measurement through multiflow meters
O Development of contracted maintenance services in charge of the field – wells and process center - maintenance through a general service contract.
25 Engineers in Caracas main center and around 100 production and maintenance Technicians in the wells and process facilities.

O Nigeria geographical group - Assistance to the Subsidiary for all matters concerning production and maintenance, safety and environment.

O 1995 - 1997 - Responsible of the set up of the engineering department - 25 people in charge of the production and maintenance methods for the offshore Block 3 treatment and export facilities.
O 1996 - 1997 – Set up and follow-up of the maintenance contract for the Block 3 facilities with Petromar company (Camom-Dietsmann).

O Responsible of the production for the offshore Block 3 fields. 200,000 BOPD with 2 main process platforms and various satellite platforms. FSO terminal Palanca with anchored mooring buoy for 5 export uploads per month.

O Responsible of operations of field production for OML 57 and 58. Based in Port Harcourt.
O For OML 57, production of 40,000 Bopd from 50 wells in the swamp to 4 main process stations and a tank farm with storage and export facilities.

O Operating personnel, around 100 persons trained in the Obagi center for production and maintenance responsibilities.

O 1982-83 Responsible of production operations of the EKOUNDOU site , process center with 9 satellite platforms and an oil production of 80,000 Bopd.

O Emulsion treatment due to compatibility between crudes from different fields.
