| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Minimum 3 years’ experience as an operations supervisor working in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are critical. Prior experience in a union environment or similar military leadership experience is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required. |
