This position will report to the area director and has overall management responsibilities for delivery drivers service techs cylinder route drivers and customer relations reps. This multi-faceted position will require a solid background in safety , Dot compliance, operations, employee relations, sales customer service and profit and loss management. | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | 5 yrs of successful, extensive management experience including operations and staff responsibilities. Solid background in safety and DOT compliance, operations management. Understanding and interpreting financial documents such as p&ls. Computer literate in microsoft word excel and outlook. Detail oriented strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of peresonnel and management. Self motivated and ability to excel with minimum supervision. Must possess a valid class c drivers license and a clean driving record. Applicant will be required to obtain a class B commercial drivers license containing a hazmat, tank and air brake endorsements and DOT medical card. |
