| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | 1: Engaged in medium or long term research and development of fire engines in Japanese or German enterprises. With over 8 years product design experience of fire engines; served as a chief engineer or other senior managerial positions are preferred. 2: Have rich experience in managing the research and development team; hosted more than two new product development projects. 3: Familiar with the electric and hydraulic control technology and structural parts manufacturing technology of the lift fire engines. 4: Understand the evolution of fire engine industry, have original ideas on industry trends. 5: Familiar with European fire industry standards; have a deep understanding of customers demand about fire engines on the European markets; have a wide range of European customer relationships. 6: Have a deep understanding of product selection and use of the fire engine key spare parts of foreign buying; have good coordination and management capabilities of foreign buying supply chain; have extensive relationship with the suppliers. |
