| PAINT SHOP WORKER Ability to use hand, air & power tools such as: • Orbital sanders • Air buffers • Dremmels • Measuring instruments Other skills & physical demands for this job: • Read Work Instructions • Interpret Paint Charts and Sales Orders • Familiar with paint/paint shop environments • Knowledge of paint mixing and chemicals • Be physically fit (able to bend, twist, stretch, kneel, squat, push & pull, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment) • Attention to detail • Ability to read MSDS sheets Job Tasks You May Perform: • Paint preparation • Masking • Detailing • Body repair work • Reading paint charts • Sanding • Buffing • Decaling • Touch ups Tools/equipment employees are required to supply: • Safety footwear | |
