 Our client is searching for a Hungarian Territory Manager to initiate, execute and monitor all CRM activity and localise the territory website and promotional offers and ensure this is current, updated and topical.In addition you will o Monitor the market activity and ensure a competitive offer to clients o Coordinate with all product managers to ensure all product types are reflective of local market, culture and topicality o Recruit, train and manage CSR’s o Build and manage VIP programs across products o Identify and integrate local payment options o Convert clients from registered to active o Competent and confident to drive and manage in bound and out bound communication o Feed back to the International Operations Manager on unique needs of the business in the territory, areas for development and opportunities o Help identify affiliates and maximise revenue stream o Conversant with all social media channels o Strive to increase revenue share in the territory You will have previous online gaming customer service experience and previous management experience an advantage. You will have excellent written and spoken English with German mother tongue. Salary circa 30k | |
