| We have an immediate need for a Vegetable Sales & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in the Vegetable market, Vegetable produce industry and vegetable wholesale / brokerage. This position will be accountable for ROI and profits that meet established objectives, hiring, managing, and motivating seasonal help, and building yearly marketing plans. Exceptional communication skills, attention to customer service, strong financial and business knowledge are all very important skills. This position will have a competitive salary and benefit package. Role & Responsibilities • Fresh Vegetables and Fruit Sales that can open the doors and initiate strategic relationships. • Advise on selection of products with high market return through research and presenting authentic data, market survey reports, etc. • Run the consumer research for the brand/category to generate insights to grow the business • Analyze the competitive moves and issues quarterly summary to management with recommendations. • Negotiating process for selection of product, quality and warranty. • Sourcing and qualifying buyers. • Negotiate and implement short-term/long-term contracts with buyers for all the products. • Manage and execute the marketing strategy for the brand. • Manage all the communications for the Brand. • Develop consumer interaction initiatives at various occasions to increase consumption and brand presence • Analyze the market developments, competitive moves to adjust the brand strategy • Issue the branding guidelines for all communication material • Create strategies and initiatives to grow the fresh produce consumption and store use • Monitor the media coverage for the brand and share with the management/organization • Creative direction for the brand, communication and full marketing design for above/below the line advertising, promotion and launch of the brand. • Grow the on-line presence for the brand through a comprehensive on-line strategy and activation. • Coordinating for ISO compliance Qualifications & Experience • Developed marketing strategies and programs to grow the sales and share • Capabilities to analyze markets, data to define priorities and strategic changes for the Company • Minimum of 10 years experience in fresh fruit & vegetable industry is a must with complementary education in Sales and Marketing or Vegetable production would be desirable. • At least 5 years experience in fresh fruit and vegetable produce essential • Experience in Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Distribution/ Wholesale and coop stores very welcome. • Not only experience with the advertising agency. It is a must to have at least 5 years experience on the ‘client’ side (company selling fresh fruits & vegetables products) • Open to all nationalities. • Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English/Arabic | |
