 § Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the purpose of expanding the awareness and support for PIO's mission§ Develop various marketing concepts, objectives, materials, programs, press releases approved by the Project Manager § Identify and analyze an organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment § Use social media outlets to target, connect and establish public relations with local and international audiences § Monitor, evaluate and report on all marketing activities and results routinely § Determine and manage the marketing budget In conjunction with the Marketing Officer position, the selected candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the following areas: Help structure, implement and evaluate projects proposed by the Manager Help write annual reports, quarterly reports, proposals and grants Help research opportunities for funding | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | § Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification § Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies § Technical marketing skills § Proven experience in customer and market research § Relevant NGO knowledge and experience § Fluent in verbal and written English and Khmer § Fluent in computer applications |
