| Round House Racing is an events company that specializes in adventure races and obstacle runs. We are currently looking for local individuals of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area to work for us as an Event Promotional Specialist. This is not just your ordinary desk job, we are looking for someone that is outgoing, active and ready to spread the word around town about our events! This job is fun, has flexible hours and is a great way to get involved with your local events. As an Event Promotional Specialist for Round House Racing we would require you to be able to work most weekends (Fri-Sun) however, this would only be a couple of hours per day and around 10-20 hours per week. As our event gets closer the hours could increase and we would love your help at our event (5k Foam Fest Event is scheduled for March 23&24, 2013). Job duties would include attending local events (possibly manning a booth), passing out flyers all around town, going to local businesses and schools, working with our venue and helping us find volunteers. Pay would be anywhere from $8-$10 per hour based on previous experience. There are three main requirements you need to be a success in this position- • Professional and Positive attitude- You will be talking and interacting with people all day long. Strong positive communication skills and a professional domineer are a must. • Hardworking- While the atmosphere is fun, we all work hard. You need to be able to manage your time and be ready to report results from your time spent each week. • Transportation- We will need you all around town so you must have your own car.
